Mr Chowdury (also known as Yousuf Chowdhury) is a visionary leader, humanitarian, and accomplished entrepreneur with a longstanding commitment to global development and social impact. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Youth Empower Foundation and is the Founder of Aisha Welfare Trust, a UK-based foundation that has been actively serving communities for 34 years.

He is a former UK Immigration Advisor and a former Financial Advisor.

Abdur Razzak is a dedicated pharmacist by training and a passionate advocate for community development and education. With a degree in pharmacy (Honors and Masters from Dhaka University) and a deep commitment to social impact, he has spent several years working closely with communities to promote access to quality education and social development.
Mr Razzak is the Founder of Astronus Tech (as USA based technology company focusing on AI and Cloud Solutions) and SR Corporation (a consultation-supply company)
Mr Razzak is a valiant Freedom Figther and has contributed immensely in the liberation war in 1971.
Before stepping into leadership at Youth Empower Foundatio, Mr. Razzak was actively involved in grassroots initiatives, educational outreach programs, and youth mentorship. The unique blend of healthcare knowledge and community engagement has been instrumental in shaping the foundation’s mission to uplift underserved populations through education, empowerment, and sustainable development.

Samid Razzak is a distinguished Bangladeshi professional dedicated to empowering youth through education and innovation. Serving as Vice President at a leading multinational corporation, he brings over a decade of experience in corporate leadership, entrepreneurship, and social development.
An alumnus of Notre Dame College and North South University, Samid graduated with honors, receiving full scholarships for both his BBA and MBA programs. His academic excellence laid the foundation for a career that seamlessly blends corporate success with a passion for social impact.
Samid is a founding advisor of the Youth Empower Foundation, focusing on skill-based training, ed-tech, job creation, and support for migrant workers. He played a pivotal role in founding team of 10 Minute School, Bangladesh’s largest online educational platform, securing funding from Silicon Valley to expand its reach.
His commitment to youth empowerment extends to active collaborations with educational institutions across Bangladesh, conducting workshops and mentorship programs. Samid has served as a judge and speaker in over 100 business and skill development competitions, nurturing young talent.
